I'm Sergey Antonov, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker's Jill Biggs Group, working with buyers and sellers across Northern New Jersey, with a special focus on Upper Bergen County.
For sellers, I price and position homes against the handful of listings buyers actually compare them to, and I manage the parts of a sale where deals quietly fall apart: inspection, appraisal, and the weeks before closing. For buyers, I start with what a house will really cost you each month, not the biggest number a lender will approve.
